We only host three retreats a year.

And that's deliberate.

I want every retreat we create here to have the time, planning and attention it needs — so I limit Retreat Support at Beskidzka Apartments to just three retreats each year.

That might sound like we're planning a long way ahead.

Good.

Because planning early doesn't mean selling early.

It means we have time to create the right retreat, work out the numbers, choose the dates and build the sales page — while you start getting your audience ready for what's coming.

You can talk about the idea. Ask questions. Find out what excites people. Drop it into conversations. Mention that you're planning something. Share little glimpses as it comes together.

So when the day finally comes to say:

“THE DOORS ARE OPEN!”

…it isn't the first time your audience has heard about it.

They've already been watching it take shape.

And once booking does open, they have plenty of time to budget, use a payment plan if one is available, arrange time away, organise flights and make the decision to come.

And we can make it easier for people to say yes.

Planning early also gives us more flexibility around how your guests pay.

When we're building your retreat, we'll discuss what is likely to work for your audience and create an appropriate booking and payment structure around it.

That could mean an initial payment to secure their place, followed by manageable monthly instalments that spread the remaining cost over the months leading up to the retreat.

So rather than asking someone to find the full cost in one go — or leaving them with a large payment at the end — we can make the cost easier to plan for and manage.

The exact payment plan is something we'll work out together when we build your retreat.

It's another reason why starting early can give your retreat a better chance of reaching those all-important minimum numbers.

Starting early gives us time to build the retreat — and gives you time to build the demand for it.

You don't need to be ready to run it. You just need to be ready to start talking about it.

Our first 30-minute conversation is free, and you don't commit to anything until we've done the initial exploration and reached our GO / NO GO decision together.

1 — Tell me your idea

No awkwardness. We've discovered it isn't right yet.

2 — Let's see if it stacks up

We discuss and explore the practicalities, numbers and possibilities. Then we meet again once I have crunched numbers and proposed a plan.

3 — GO or NO

NO GO → £0

Your retreat is confirmed.

Your agreed leader payment can be released once sufficient attendee funds have been received, your guests can make their final plans, and we move into getting everything ready to welcome them to Poland.

And if you've sold beyond the minimum? Even better — any additional leader payment we've agreed will be calculated from the final number of fully paid guests and paid at the agreed point before the retreat.

Now we build it properly.

By the agreed confirmation date, we'll know whether we've reached the minimum number of bookings needed to make your retreat work.

4 — We build it. You sell it.

I create the retreat and booking infrastructure with you. You take the finished sales page to your audience.

The retreat doesn't go ahead.

Your guests are refunded in accordance with the booking terms, you're not left with a venue bill or thousands of pounds of retreat costs to cover, and you don't have to come to Poland to deliver something that hasn't sold.

The initial £250 Retreat Set-Up Fee isn't refundable — because by this point we've already planned, costed, created and put your retreat on sale.

And that's your total financial risk.

You're not working for free

And yes, you get paid

Your expertise is part of what people are buying.

We'll agree what you're being paid before the retreat goes on sale and build it into the attendee price.

Your accommodation while you're here delivering the retreat is included.
