Got An Idea For A Retreat?

You don't have to work out how to run one.

Perhaps you've run workshops, built a community or gathered an audience around what you do — and somewhere along the way you've thought:

“I'd love to get everyone together for a few days.”

You bring the idea, your expertise and the people you'd love to invite.

I'll help you explore whether we can turn it into a properly planned, sellable retreat here in southern Poland.

You don't need to know how to organise it yet. That's where I come in.

No commitment. No planning fee until we've worked out whether your idea is worth taking forward.

“It started with…”

“We should do a retreat.”

YOU BRING

💡 Your idea
👥 Your audience / community
🧠 Your expertise
📣 What you'd love to deliver
✨ Your enthusiasm for making it happen

Let's chat and together, we turn an idea into something people can actually book

We only host three retreats a year.

And that's deliberate.

I want every retreat we create here to have the time, planning and attention it needs — so I limit Retreat Support at Beskidzka Apartments to just three retreats each year.

2027 — 2 retreat spaces remaining
2028 — 3 retreat spaces currently available

That might sound like we're planning a long way ahead.

Good.

Because planning early doesn't mean selling early.

It gives you time to start talking about your idea, asking your audience questions and building interest before bookings ever open.

So when you eventually say “THE DOORS ARE OPEN!”, it isn't the first time anybody has heard about it.

Planning ahead can also give us more flexibility when creating the payment structure, potentially allowing attendees to spread the cost over manageable monthly payments.

Starting early gives us time to build the retreat — and gives you time to build the demand for it.

How it works

Complete a short form telling me what you're thinking about, what you'd love to deliver and who you think might want to come.

1 — Tell me your idea

I'll help you look at the practicalities before either of us commits to creating a retreat.

If the idea stacks up, we'll take the next step together.

2 — Let's explore it

If it looks like something we could potentially create together, we'll have an initial conversation about the idea, your audience and what might be possible.

3 Decide whether it's worth taking further

You're not working for free

And yes, you get paid

If you're giving your time, knowledge and expertise to deliver a retreat, you shouldn't be expected to work for free.

When we explore the numbers, your agreed payment for delivering the retreat forms part of the financial planning too.

So if we create something viable, reach the agreed minimum bookings and the retreat goes ahead, you can be paid for doing what you came here to do — delivering your retreat.

We'll work out exactly how that could look for your particular retreat when we explore your idea.

How much Paula do you want?

You decide how much support you'd like. We build that cost into what attendees pay.

JUST ENOUGH PAULA
Venue Support

You want to run the retreat yourself, but you'd like the venue and practical essentials taken care of.

There's no one-size-fits-all package.

We'll decide how much support makes sense when we understand what you're creating.

You'd like me more actively involved — potentially including agreed parts of the programme where my experience fits.

I have just returned from a 4 day retreat with Paula Tadzik at her family run apartments in Poland.

The setting for the retreat was beautiful. Perfect for the nurturing of ideas and self care. 50 shades of green. The forest, the stream and the bird song were the background for our meditations, walks, relaxation and healing.

The apartments are beautifully clean and super comfortable. It was not only a fantastic setting for this retreat but would be perfect for a holiday with friends or family, with the apartments affording really spacious accommodation for all ages. Whether you're into walking, sight seeing or just relaxing in a peaceful setting and getting away from it all, I highly recommend the Sucha Beskidzka Apartments.

A unique place, the sound of a stream, the forest, birds singing, and otherwise silence. Lots of space in the garden, gazebo, barbecue, benches, swing, sandbox, various flowering shrubs, and green grass.

Wonderful place, owners, and views. Plenty of room for the family. A great base for trips. In the summer, you can make a bonfire, and can use the swimming pool. All necessary things are available. We highly recommend it.

I recently had the absolute joy of attending the Strategy & Serenity Retreat hosted by Paula and Layla at Beskidzka Apartments in Sucha Beskidzka, Poland - and what an incredible four days it was.

The Beskidzka Apartments were beautifully clean, cosy, and comfortable, and the setting was nothing short of magical. Nestled right at the edge of a forest, we were surrounded by birdsong, the rustle of leaves, and the soothing babble of a nearby stream.

It was pure serenity.

I’m deeply grateful to both of them, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this retreat to anyone looking for deep clarity, connection, and business momentum in the most beautiful setting imaginable.

A wonderful place, quiet and peaceful, right by the stream. Equipped with everything you might need, even a washing machine. A place definitely worth recommending.

Very nice apartment, clean, well-equipped, beautiful surroundings. Very polite and helpful owner. Fully equipped kitchenette. In the garden there is a place for a bonfire and barbecue. Great.

The Serenity & Strategy retreat wasn’t just a space for business planning. It wasn’t just about rest, and reflection. It was a space to meet myself again, through the eyes of powerful, generous women. Women who came without judgement or agenda, only the intention to lift each other up.

And in lifting each other, we lifted ourselves. We left with renewed clarity, grounded confidence — and a plan for our businesses.

I’m already planning to get to another one — because each time, I peel off another layer of the onion that is my past, and step more powerfully into my future.

3 nights? 4 nights? Something slightly different?

We don't start with a package. We start with your idea.

Most retreats will probably be around 3 or 4 nights / 4 or 5 days, but we don't need to force someone's idea into a predetermined box.

During those first conversations we'll work out what makes sense for your programme and your audience.

What you don't have to worry about...

✔️ No venue hunting.
✔️ No figuring out Polish retreat regulations.
✔️ No paying thousands upfront for accommodation.
✔️ No building a booking page.
✔️ No working out transfers alone.
✔️ No guessing how many people you need.
✔️ No trying to price the thing backwards.
✔️ No arriving in Poland and hoping everything works.

You concentrate on creating something your people want to come to.

You've got an idea. Let's find out if it could become a retreat.

You don't need a finished itinerary.

You don't need to know exactly what to charge.

You don't need to know whether it should be three nights, four nights or something completely different.

And you certainly don't need to have worked out all the practical details.

That's what we're going to explore.

Tell me a little about your idea, who you'd love to bring together and what you're imagining.

There's no commitment at this stage.

30 minutes. No charge. No commitment.
